KJJ22 transmission port

Brief Introduction
    KJ81 Intelligent Positioning System for Underground Miners(hereafter named KJ81 Positioning System) consists of ground control center with support of software database,KJJ22 transmission port,communication cable,KJF35 reception station,KGE18 electronic discerning card,sensor and explosive protective light source.
    Master computer of ground control center with support of software database regularly measures data and collects signals of KJF35 reception station through KJJ22 transmission port and communication cable laid in tunnel.After receiving wireless digital signal sent by KGE18 card and environmental data, e.g. gas data, collected by sensor,the KJF55 reception station converts these data information into digital signals and image.So dynamic distribution of underground miners and environmental safety condition could be reflected in master computer at real time.So the KJ81 Positioning System could realize digital control management of underground on the ground.

Description of system
    1.Ground control center:high-performance P4 computer together with strong-function software database performances qualification, collect-
ing,processing and display of dada.It supports operation system of WINDOWS2000 or above it.The center could hold 64 reception stations, and could be expanded to 110.
    2.KJJ22 transmission port and wired communication
    2.1 Communication between KJJ22 and reception station adopts RS485 mode of signal,and RS232 between KJJ22 and ground control center.
    2.2 Distance of transmission is 10Km,rate of transmission is 4800bps,error rate≤10^-6。
  3.KJF35 reception station
    3.1 The station receive wireless data signals from electronic discerning cards ,collect environmental data from sensors,and transmit the data to ground control center.Each station could monitor area of 200m.Reception sensitivity:-105dBm.
    3.2 Intrinsic safety for mining,frequency of operation：433－434MHZ.
    4.KGE18 electronic discerning card
    4.1 The card records special No. for each staff.
    4.2 Radius of emission is 100m,emission power 10dBm,operation frequency 433－434MHZ.
    5.Functions of KJ81 positioning system include
    l  Dynamic tracking and monitoring,and auto-display of underground miner’s position.
    l  Tracking and monitoring of movable targets e.g. locamotive.
    l  Re-display of underground miners including movable targets.
    l  Auto-detect and alarm of underground environmental parameters such as gas, humidity and speed of wind.
    l  Attendance,statistic,storage,and printing of positioning targets.
    l  Positioning of people under emergency and providing reliable information ,level of safety being improved.
    l  Self-diagnosis ,auto-display and alarm upon system’s malfunction.
    l  LAN resource sharing under authorized management.

KJF35 reception station

Feature
    1.Multi-functional and high-integrated: KJ81 positioning system integrates miners, locamotives,lighing and environmental safety monitoring as a whole,holding 64 reception stations, 6000 electronic discerning cards to meet requirements of all kinds of mines.
